• Shipping & Delivery
• • Orders always begin processing the same day they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and usually ship within two business days pending availability and credit card verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
  • Domestic orders ship through USPS using First Class, Priority, and Express Mail services.
  • Shipping rates are quoted at checkout and are based on weight and location as determined through USPS.com. 
  • Delivery for First Class parcels typically takes 3-6 working days depending on location.
  • Rickety Rack proudly ships to APO/FPO, PO boxes, and all U.S. territories.
  • All domestic customers receive free standard shipping on orders over $75.



• International
• • International orders ship through USPS using First Class, Priority, and Express Mail services.
  • Shipping rates are quoted at checkout and are based on weight and location as determined through USPS.com. 
  • Delivery for First Class International parcels typically takes 10-14 working days depending on location. Priority and Express options are available for faster delivery.
  • All international customers receive free standard shipping on orders over $150.



• Return Policy
• We want you to love and be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy, Rickety Rack offers quick exchanges or store credit on items returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship unwanted merchandise to our returns department (address on invoice) and we will email you an online credit code within 48 hours of receiving your return. Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Your online credit will be valid 180 days from the date of issue. You also have the option of converting online credit into a Rickety Rack gift card which we can send to any recipient on your behalf. Current promo codes cannot be combined with store credit, and store credit cannot be used to purchase items in our Pre-Order category.
